Saleh Ali Samara Al-Otaibi, a Jordanian citizen born in 1958 in Karak, possesses a diverse academic background, including a diploma in sports, two bachelor’s degrees in education and accounting, a master’s degree in psychological management, and a doctorate in educational administration, along with international honorary degrees.

His professional and volunteer career spans decades. He served as Head of the Activities Department at the Ministry of Education for over 22 years and has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Jordanian Boxing Association since 1997. He is also highly active in charitable and scouting work, having chaired several charitable organizations and participated in humanitarian relief efforts with the Red Crescent and the International Committee of the Red Cross. As a trainer, he is an internationally certified coach with numerous awards and has worked with prominent institutions such as the King Abdullah Fund for Human Development and the Noor Al Hussein Foundation.
